Dingir Prime Labs provides business and product system design, systems architecture, workflow and operating-system design, knowledge and governance design, decision and output design, implementation planning, documentation, selected implementation, and related advisory and design services.
Selected prototypes, automations, configurations, digital systems, code, repository work, or other implementation may be offered only when explicitly included in a separate written agreement. The scope, deliverables, responsibilities, fees, acceptance, ownership, and support for paid work are governed by the applicable proposal, statement of work, or other written agreement.
Design and implementation boundary
Dingir Prime Labs designs connected business and system structures and may perform selected implementation when capability, scope, risk, and agreement support it. It does not claim to personally provide every software implementation, infrastructure service, business formation service, legal service, medical service, financial or accounting service, cybersecurity service, engineering service, manufacturing service, certification, or regulated execution service. Developers, engineers, platforms, operators, licensed professionals, vendors, or implementation partners may be required to build, review, certify, deploy, or operate other parts of the system.
Design, architecture, implementation, testing, deployment, production verification, certification, and ongoing operation are different stages. A deliverable should be understood according to the stage and evidence stated in the applicable agreement.

Scope, fees, payment timing, revisions, delivery schedule, cancellation, and acceptance terms are discussed directly and confirmed in writing before paid work begins. They may vary with complexity, risk, governance, implementation depth, dependencies, and deliverables.
Intellectual property
Website content, positioning language, frameworks, architecture methods, templates, diagrams, written materials, and related intellectual property are owned by Dingir Prime Labs unless otherwise stated.
Client-specific deliverables, usage rights, ownership, licensing, confidentiality, portfolio use, and implementation rights are governed by the applicable written agreement.
Internal methods
Dingir Prime Labs uses proprietary internal systems-design methods and proof-of-depth artifacts to support client-specific work. These internal methods are not sold as standalone products through this website unless a separate written agreement explicitly states otherwise.
